MOVING FORWARD & FINDING BALANCE

Welcome to the “Spring Forward Into Balance” workshop! Finding balance as we progress can be challenging. We often face adjustments, adapting to new environments and routines, which can disrupt our inner alignment. Failing to prioritize self-care is a disservice to ourselves. This can reduce energy levels, strain relationships, impact productivity, and decrease motivation—potentially leading to poor mental health, stress, and anxiety.

We want to celebrate our progress and recognize our accomplishments. Ideally, this forward movement should support us, not drain us.

WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

Do you ever resent some of your successes, feeling they have taken away time for the things you love and that bring you joy—like enjoying meals with loved ones, catching up with friends, getting restful sleep, or taking a vacation? I understand this because I have been there. My initial response was to sacrifice sleep and fitness to create more time for the things I love, which resulted in turning to more coffee for energy, and having a yo-yo relationship with my weight. Now, I have refocused my attention to strength and vitality – taking that thread across other life areas which has supported me in living a joyful life. This workshop invites you to explore embracing success and finding balance so you can prioritise self-care for self prosperity.

The workshop is also a space to recharge and connect with a community of like-minded individuals coming together to support each other, share ideas, and find motivation.

 

We will explore the Wheel of Life exercise to identify areas in your life that are not getting the attention they need, and we will heartstorm micro-actions you can implement to bring more balance to those areas. Join us for the “Spring Forward Into Balance” – workshop and start feeling more aligned with yourself as you move forward in life.
