Welcome to the “New Year, New Me” workshop! Turning the first pages of a brand-new year is a beautiful opportunity to reflect, assess, set goals, and, in many instances, to have a fresh start. Something that has supported me over time is to have a word or phrase for the year that I could keep turning back to – almost like a compass that helps me reset.
✨ WHAT IS IT ABOUT? ✨
In our time together, we will explore what went well in the past year so you can lean in on those strategies for the year, to support your growth and motivation for the year. We will also identify one area you’d like to grow and craft a roadmap that will support you in identifying one action you could take consistently, and craft your word, phrase or affirmation to move through challenges, and excuses and implement your selected growing edge with success. This workshop helps you to get started, open up thoughts, identify some things you can keep at your fingertips for motivation, and have awareness of some things that get in the way.
The workshop is also a space to recharge and connect with a community of like-minded individuals coming together to support each other, share ideas, and find motivation.
So, whether you’re to reflect or start fresh, this workshop offers the space to empty out your thoughts and take some time to think and envision what you would like your 2025 to be.
