A Global Citizen with a Bohemian Spirit.
Hi π, I’m Nisha Harichandran a Joy Coach and Connection Enjoyment Optimiser.
At heart, I’m a happy-go-lucky free spirit β a global citizen with a bohemian spirit.
Drawing on 15 years of international experience as a lawyer, navigating diverse cultures and dynamic business environments, I bring a unique perspective to personal transformation. From daily interactions to complex negotiations, I’ve learned the invaluable lessons of embracing change, staying true to yourself, cultivating curiosity, and building authentic connections rooted in ethical principles and kindness. I understand that taking charge of your life is a journey that requires time, support, and a deep understanding of yourself.
My Philosophy: Embracing Change Like a Caterpillar Transforming into a Butterfly π¦
I believe that change is not something to be feared but an incredible opportunity for growth and self-discovery. Understanding your emotions and inner world during times of transition is absolutely key. It’s also vital to appreciate the experiences that change brings and to approach it with a mindset that empowers you. Incorporating playfulness into this process builds resilience, allowing you to learn from challenges and move forward with lightness and strength.
My passion for travel and my work in law have taken me to many fascinating places, exposing me to diverse cultures and enriching my understanding of the world. This global perspective highlights the common threads that connect us all β the desire for joy, love, and to feel truly seen and understood.
From the Legal Field to Empowering Others Through Coaching
My career journey expanded from law into communications, where I led global internal communications and championed diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives. This experience underscored the importance of a positive workplace culture for employee satisfaction and organisational success. As I shared the stories of others, I recognised the profound power of our own narratives in shaping our experiences and how we navigate daily life. This realisation led me to the fulfilling path of coaching.
With joy at the heart of my practice, I am dedicated to helping individuals who feel stuck, overlooked, or simply weary of waiting to actively create a life filled with appreciation, value, and celebration. Together, we’ll explore how to balance and protect your energy (your “body battery”) so you can navigate life’s incredible twists and turns, the rollercoaster ride as I call it with greater self-awareness, resilience, and unwavering confidence.
I am committed to continuous growth and dedicated to supporting my clients. I help busy individuals discover joy in everyday moments, offering practical and memorable strategies that seamlessly integrate into their lives. These techniques help to reduce pressure, effectively manage change, and bring their best self forward without leading to burnout.
