✨ Coaching Packages ✨
1 ~ Booking and Payments: All coaching packages must be booked and paid for in advance. Head to the shop to purchase your preferred coaching package. Bank transfers or PayPal payments are preferred, but major credit cards are accepted.
2 ~ Cancellation Policy: Kindly provide at least five days’ advance notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Unfortunately, cancellations not made within this timeframe may result in a fee. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in this matter.
3 ~ Client Responsibilities: As an active participant in the coaching process, the client assumes primary responsibility for achieving desired outcomes. This includes dedicating time and effort to implement coaching insights and strategies. The client acknowledges that while coaching can be a transformative experience, it is not a therapeutic intervention. If underlying emotional or psychological challenges arise, the client understands the importance of seeking support from qualified mental health professionals. Coaching sessions are not a substitute for ongoing counselling or psychotherapy. Open and honest communication is essential for a successful coaching partnership. Clients are encouraged to provide constructive feedback on the coaching process, share their expectations, and express any concerns or requests for adjustments.
✨ Workshops ✨
1 ~ Registration and Payments: Workshop registrations must be completed and paid for in full before the start date. Early registration is encouraged as spaces are limited. Head to the shop to purchase your preferred workshop.
2 ~ Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made up to one week before the workshop will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations not made within this timeframe may result in a fee and not be eligible for a refund. However, I understand that plans change, and I’m happy to accommodate you by transferring your workshop fee to another workshop of equal value or a different participant.
3 ~ Attendance: Please arrive on time to ensure you enjoy the full experience of this workshop. Due to the immersive nature of the workshops, it may be impossible to accommodate late arrivals once the session has commenced. Whilst I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, it is important to be respectful of other workshop participants. No refunds will be issued for missed workshops.
✨ Gift Cards ✨
1 ~ Surprise a loved one with the gift of joy! Purchase a digital gift card from our shop, redeemable for any workshop of their choice. Remember, these cards are for one-time use and can’t be exchanged for cash. More gift card options will be available in the coming months, so please watch the space.
2 ~ Expiration: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. After that, unused cards will expire and can’t be refunded.
3 ~Lost Card? No Worries! While I can’t replace lost or misplaced cards, with proof of purchase, I can help you track if the card’s been used and check the expiry date.
4 ~ Instant Access! Once you buy a digital product, it’s yours right away – no waiting for the mail! Just download it and get started. No physical product will be shipped.
5 ~ Refunds: Since digital products are available immediately after purchase, please take the time to ensure they meet your needs.
