✨ Coaching Packages & Coaching Services ✨
1 ~ Booking and Payments: All coaching packages must be booked and paid for in advance. Head to the shop to purchase your preferred coaching package. Bank transfers or PayPal payments are preferred, but major credit cards are accepted.
2 ~ Cancellation Policy: To reschedule or cancel an appointment, the Client must provide at least 5 days notice before the scheduled session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with sufficient notice will be accommodated whenever possible. If the Client cancels a session with more than 5 days notice, any pre-paid fee for that session can be applied as credit according to the Practitioner’s policy.
3 ~ Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 5 days notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session (no-show), may result in the Client being charged the full session fee. In such cases, no refund will be issued for payments already made, and any outstanding fees for the missed session will remain due.
4 ~ Rescheduling: If proper notice is given, the Practitioner will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time. Repeated rescheduling requests or cancellations may result in the Practitioner re-evaluating future scheduling or terminating the service agreement.
5 ~ Practitioner Cancellations: In the event the Practitioner needs to cancel or reschedule a session (due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances), the Client will be notified as soon as possible. The Practitioner will offer an alternative appointment time. If rescheduling is not possible, any fee already paid for the canceled session will be refunded in full or applied to a future session, per the Client’s preference.
6 ~ Refunds: Refund eligibility for packages or prepaid services will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If the Client has purchased a bundle or program and wishes to terminate it early, the Practitioner’s policy as set out in the Coaching Agreement will apply. The Practitioner will clearly communicate whether any part of the fees is refundable. Aside from what is outlined in this policy, all sales are final, and the Client is responsible for full payment of agreed fees.
7 ~ Client Responsibilities: The Client is an active participant in the coaching process and is responsible for achieving the goals. This means putting time and effort into using the coaching insights and strategies. Coaching can be life-changing, but it is not therapy or a substitute for counselling or psychotherapy. If you have emotional or psychological challenges and concerns, it is important to get help from qualified mental health professionals. Honest communication is key to successful coaching. Please give feedback, share your expectations, and tell me about any concerns or changes needed.
✨ Workshops, Classes & Events ✨
1 ~ Client Cancellations: Clients wishing to cancel their place in a class or event must provide a minimum of 5 days notice prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be eligible for a credit towards a future class or event, in accordance with the Practitioner’s policy.
2 ~ Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 5 days notice (except due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances), or failure to attend a class or event without prior notification (‘no-show’), will result in the loss of any fees paid. No refunds or credits will be issued in these cases.
3 ~Practitioner Cancellations: In the unlikely event that the Practitioner must cancel a class or event due to unforeseen circumstances, Clients will be offered the choice of a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future date.
4 ~ Refunds: Refunds for multi-session courses, classes, event packages, or special programmes will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Where a refund is granted, it may be subject to a deduction for any classes or events already attended, and expenses incurred by the Practitioner toward the preparation of the class or event. Except where specified, all sales are final, and Clients are responsible for full payment of booked classes or events.
5 ~ Attendance: Please arrive on time to ensure you enjoy the full experience of this workshop. Due to the immersive nature of the workshops, it may be impossible to accommodate late arrivals once the session has commenced. I understand things can happen and plans change, but please be considerate and respectful of others attending. No refunds are given for missed workshops.
Additional Term for Clients who have purchased the Heart of Joy – Annual Workshop Pass:
Clients who have purchased The Heart of Joy Annual Pass to Explore, Grow & Thrive can use the flexible “Friends of Joy” access, to nominate a friend to share their purchased class or event in the event they are unable to make a session. This option will also be discussed with Clients before processing any refunds, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
✨ Digital Gift Cards ✨
1 ~ Give the Gift of Joy! Purchase a digital gift card from our shop, redeemable for one workshop from the Sprinkle Joy Series. Remember, these cards are for one-time use and can’t be exchanged for cash. View the list of available workshops here.
2 ~ Expiration: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. After that, unused cards will expire and can’t be refunded.
3 ~Lost Card? No Worries! While I can’t replace lost or misplaced cards, with proof of purchase, I can help you track if the card’s been used and check the expiry date.
4 ~ Instant Access! Once you buy a digital product, it’s yours right away – no waiting for the mail! Just download it and get started. No physical product will be shipped.
5 ~ Refunds: Since digital products are available immediately after purchase, please take the time to ensure they meet your needs. Feel free to contact me at nisha@bohemnotes.com with any questions before your purchase. Refunds aren’t automatic. I’ll review each request individually. Please understand there might be an administrative fee if I process a refund. I want to help, but I need to be fair to my business.
