I cannot thank Nisha and Daniela enough for this gorgeous Reconnect With Yourself Workshop. After a crazy busy week, this was just the perfect way for me to take an hour out of my day for myself at the end of a really long and tiring week. Nisha helped us to really dive into thinking about who we really are and how we introduce ourselves to others. She triggered so many ideas and thoughts of ways that I can approach this. I have now learned many new techniques to help me to make my introductions more impressionable, memorable and fun.
