Scene Setting: πŸ’«Β 

We establish rapport to help create a safe space for open communication. Then, we move to the agenda. Often, the client has a topic they would like to explore. If not, we take a few moments to discuss what they would like to use the time for.

Exploration and Discovery: πŸ’«

As a coach, I guide the client through the thinking process and reflect on some observations that help the client gain insights into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. It is a collaborative, client-led, and client-focused process.Β Β 

Action Planning & Accountability: πŸ’«

Through the conversation,Β  we’ll identify practical steps to enhance your joy and create a roadmap for achieving them. We celebrate your progress every step of the way, fostering a positive and supportive environment.

Reflection and Feedback: πŸ’«

Toward the end of the session, there is often a time for reflection, and the client is encouraged to reflect on insights or key ways to support ongoing development. The session could also include a review of the client’s commitments and any actions to be taken before the next session.

The best way is to visit the Workshops page to explore all the workshops that are currently available. From there, you can click on a workshop of your choice you wish to purchase.Β  If you would like a custom workshop, I’ll be delighted to work out the details with you. ✨ How long are your workshops?

My workshops offer flexibility to fit your schedule. You can choose from:

  • Sprinkle Joy Workshops: These bite-sized sessions are 60 minutes long, perfect for a quick burst of inspiration.
  • Custom Workshops: I can create a tailored workshop lasting between 90 minutes and 2 hours to meet your specific needs.
  • Half-day or Full-day Workshops: For a more in-depth experience, I offer half-day and full-day workshops.
