Stories are within and all around us. We share and respond to them differently – choice of words, emotions, characters, colours and filters.
JOY is energy, and so is everything around us in this beautiful world. The vibrational frequency of joy is 540hz, which is miles apart from low vibrational emotions such as shame at 20hz, guilt at 30hz and fear at 100hz. What’s more amazing is that to get to JOY, we have embraced courage, acceptance and love. Isn’t that marvellous?
The key is to take a step, however teeny, to shake up those low emotions. One example is to adopt thoughts that are kinder and more empowering. There are plenty of opportunities to practice here, as on average, we have 6,000 thoughts per day, which translates to about 6.5 thoughts per minute.
