 ✨ THE AUTUMN RELEASE ✨
Imagine the autumn leaves, turning all those beautiful colors before they gently float down to the ground. It’s like nature’s way of letting go of what it doesn’t need anymore to make space for new growth in the spring. This workshop, “The Autumn Release,” is kind of like that for you! It’s a chance to think about things you might want to let go of – maybe worries, old habits that aren’t helping you, or even just some clutter in your mind.
✨ LETTING GO TO GROW ✨
During our time together, we’ll do some fun and easy activities that will help you explore what it means to let go. Think of it like raking up leaves – we’ll gently gather those things that feel a bit heavy and learn how to release them in a healthy way. We’ll talk about how making space can actually help new and exciting things grow in your life, just like how the bare trees in winter get ready for new buds and leaves.
✨ WHAT IS IT ABOUT? ✨
“The Autumn Release – Letting Go to Grow” is about understanding that it’s okay to say goodbye to some things so that you can welcome new experiences and opportunities. This workshop will be a supportive and chill space where you can connect with others and learn some cool ways to feel lighter and more ready for whatever comes next. We are exploring micro actions – small supportive steps to help us shed that excess baggage that has been weighing us down. Just like autumn prepares the earth for a new season, we’ll help you prepare yourself for positive changes!
