Raising Self-Awareness of Daily Thoughts ✨This means paying close attention to your thoughts—your inner radio station. Once you identify these patterns, you can begin changing unhelpful ones and intentionally foster thoughts that empower and support you.

Respecting Your Emotions ✨ Treating your feelings with kindness and respect. It is okay to feel what you feel. There is no need to blame yourself or anyone else. Learning to ‘respond’ rather than ‘react’ is the first step toward a more compassionate and growth-focused way of processing your emotions.
