Kindness and compassionLike gentle light, they help you see yourself clearly—all the parts of you, even the rough spots and hidden strengths. They also help you be more forgiving of yourself, discover and understand what you are capable of, and be more open to welcoming other perspectives. 

Raising self-awareness of the daily thoughts ✨Paying attention to your thoughts—your inner radio station. Once you know what they are, you can start changing the unhelpful ones and have more thoughts that empower and support you.

Respecting our emotions ✨ Treating your feelings with kindness and respect. It is okay to feel what you feel. There is no need to blame yourself or anyone else. Believing in yourself and knowing you can grow and change is the first step to a more compassionate way of processing your emotions. Learn to ‘respond’ rather than ‘react’.

Acceptance and commitment✨ Accepting and committing to grow despite mistakes, learning, adapting, being inspired to change and believing in ourselves. 

Having the courage to be youShowing up as ourselves takes courage, confidence, and being comfortable in our skin. 

Choosing Joy and making it a daily practice ✨ Joy is energy. It is steeped in every decision we make and how we choose to live, love, and be—moment to moment.  We learn to celebrate the little and big milestones as we continue the journey of life.

🌟 You can let me know if you prefer to focus on a particular area for coaching, and together, we could prepare a plan. This becomes the primary topic for our coaching, but you always have the option of discussing something else, too. The space is for you.

Grow Joyfully 5 Session Coaching Package

Fill Up on JOY- 20 minute Integration Session

  • This is a single coaching session and is available to clients to have previously taken the Hello JOY or Grow Joyfully coaching package. Each session is 20 minutes and is offered online. They offer a focused conversation—a quick check-in to boost joy. This is ideal for checking in, renewing inspiration for your goals, setting accountability, overcoming obstacles, exploring new perspectives, and recharging your motivation.
